Youngblood is a five-piece Belgian band which got formed in September 2010. The main objective is to make straight forward, no-nonsense rock songs. The band has access to a small arsenal of catchy choruses, razor-sharp hooks and melodic vocals.

From one moment to the next the music ranges from subdued and sincere to allout explosive. A mix of old and new school rock makes the Youngblood tunes sound both fresh and vintage.

2012 started out to be very promising with an energetic presence at Humo's Rock Rally.

Later that year Youngblood was voted winner by both jury and audience during the Hagelandse Rocktrofee competition.

2013 promises to be another good year. Youngblood opens for We Are The Ocean & Don Broco and got positive reviews in Musiczine, RifRaf and Up Magazine.

The band also took the opportunity to record an acoustic session for Large Magazine and Life!tv.

We like to call it Rock, with a melodic capital R.
